A reader has come to me asking if I am aware of any source that provides details on current projects in Victoria. We're looking for project start dates, project completion dates, # of units, # sold, etc. Is anyone familiar with a source or website that provides that amount of info? I'm in the process of creating a list of developments in Victoria for this blog, so a site with such info would give me a big boost.
Another question, are there any housing market issues out there that are craving to be discussed? All suggestions are welcome, as I really hoped this blog would provide a forum for discussion on our local housing market. I have a few in mind and am certainly open to suggestions. Thanks!
